Mallorca’s interior is home to the island’s rural, cultural,  culinary and festive spirit. Villages like Sineu, Inca, Petra and Sa Pobla play an active role in preserving the island’s traditional spirit and traces of its past (mills, washhouses and fountains), still in use only a few decades ago.
