Gothic - Living heritage

The Cathedral, a great icon

Palma is Medieval, Moorish, Baroque and Renaissance. It is also especially Gothic with Palma Cathedral as a great example. Palma has a rich legacy relating to this period and its art: an abundance of monuments from this time have been preserved, like mansions, courtyards and the layout of streets and squares replete with history like Carrer de Sant Miquel and the religious buildings of Santa Clara and the Seu (Cathedral) itself.
