Es Carnatge

This natural coastline area is located in the centre of the Bay of Palma, 5 kilometres from the city centre and next to the airport. The area shelters tiny sandy coves with rocky access to the sea, among which Cala Pudent is noteworthy. This cove covers coastline of geological interest where you can also find Posidonia oceanica, commonly known as Neptune grass. Es Carnatge also has a coastal path great for cycling and walking.

As it is a natural bathing area, it does not have access for people with reduced mobility or its own lifeguard service, although the beach rescue service provides good monitoring.
